Tele Atlas Points of Interest (POIs) expand upon those delivered with the core Tele Atlas MultiNet product, resulting in the most comprehensive collection of POIs in the industry. We offer 26 million POIs globally – more than half are located in North America – including the most popular food, gas, lodging, shopping, and retail establishments. Composed of more than 370,000 city-specific POIs from our CityGuide partnership with Wcities, our offering spans 70 business categories in all.

Each POI features a number of key attributes that make it easy for users to find their destination of choice. One of these is Brand Icons, which accurately reproduce company logos in color to enable users to quickly select potential destinations based on preference, rather than just proximity. All Tele Atlas POIs are continuously tested for quality and accuracy, with thousands of updates processed and shipped to customers every quarter.
