We work locally, so you can drive globally. No one knows your neighborhood like you do. That’s why we’ve created Map Insight, our consumer map feedback and change reporting system. By leveraging user perspectives, our data will become even fresher and more valuable to consumers, developers, and enterprises alike.

How it works

We collect your feedback through our unique Map Insight application, which provides end users of our partners’ products with a fast and simple method for reporting changes. Users enter information directly into our easy-to-use Web-based forms for communicating new changes to us. Then we group reports by type (traffic restrictions, new streets, etc.) and cluster them by geography to help create projects for our teams who research and update the map data.

The feedback we receive from consumers helps us detect and manage changes to our map data more quickly, so that we can keep our maps accurate and up-to-date. Please accept our thanks in advance for your feedback.
